Duties

• Prepare and assemble pizza dough, toppings, sauces, and cheeses according to established recipes and menu specifications
• Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and slicing tools safely and efficiently
• Ensure all food safety sanitizing procedures are followed meticulously to maintain a hygienic workspace
• Monitor cooking times and temperatures to produce perfectly baked pizzas with consistent quality
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including food prep stations and kitchen equipment, adhering to food handling standards
• Support high-volume production during peak hours while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food preparation or food service environments, especially within the food industry or restaurant settings is a plus but will train the right candidate.
• Knowledge of food safety management practices and sanitizing procedures
• Experience with meal preparation, recipe adherence, and operating kitchen equipment in high-volume settings
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
• Prior experience with catering or fine dining environments is a plus but not required
