Duties

• Prepare and assemble a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and menu specifications
• Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and slicing tools safely and efficiently
• Ensure all food handling and safety procedures are strictly followed to maintain sanitation standards
• Assist with menu planning and ingredient prep to support high-volume production during peak hours
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment through proper sanitizing procedures
• Monitor food quality during preparation and presentation to ensure consistency and excellence
• Support the team with additional food production tasks including grilling, braising, poaching, and other culinary techniques as needed

Experience

• Previous food service experience in a fast-paced restaurant or catering environment preferred
• Knowledge of food safety management and sanitizing procedures essential for maintaining hygiene standards
• Skilled in knife handling, food preparation, and cooking techniques such as grilling, braising, poaching, and meal assembly
• Experience with menu planning and recipe adherence to ensure consistency across all pizzas produced
• Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment safely in high-volume production settings
• Strong understanding of dietary department practices or dietary aide experience is a plus
• Proven ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in food handling and presentation

Pay: $24.98 - $30.08 per hour
