Responsibilities

• Prepare pizza dough, sauces, toppings, and other ingredients with precision and consistency.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and slicing tools safely and efficiently.
• Follow recipes meticulously to ensure each pizza meets established quality standards.
• Manage multiple orders during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all work areas in accordance with food safety procedures.
• Assist in menu planning by suggesting new pizza varieties and ingredient combinations.
• Ensure proper food handling and storage practices to uphold food safety regulations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food preparation, especially in pizza making.
• Knowledge of food safety sanitizing procedures and proper kitchen hygiene practices.
• Strong knife skills and familiarity with operating various kitchen equipment.
• Ability to work efficiently in high-volume production environments while adhering to recipe guidelines.
• Excellent food handling skills combined with a passion for culinary arts and meal preparation.
• Prior catering or restaurant experience is highly desirable.

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
