Pizza Maker

• Prepare and cook pizzas according to the restaurant’s recipes, standards, and presentation requirements.
• Prepare pizza dough, sauces, cheese, seafood, meat, vegetables, and Japanese-inspired toppings.
• Prepare Japanese-style pizzas and fusion dishes based on the restaurant’s menu.
• Operate pizza ovens and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure the quality, taste, freshness, and consistency of all ingredients and finished products.
• Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and food safety procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
• Monitor ingredient inventory and report shortages to the supervisor.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and serving of customer orders.

Job Qualifications

• At least a High School Graduate or equivalent; preferably with culinary training.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience as a Pizza Maker, preferably in a Japanese restaurant or Japanese fusion kitchen.
• Knowledgeable in pizza dough preparation, sauce making, ingredient portioning, and baking techniques.
• Familiar with Japanese ingredients and toppings, such as seafood, teriyaki sauce, Japanese mayonnaise, and other fusion ingredients.
• Experienced in operating pizza ovens and standard kitchen equipment.
• Knowledgeable in food safety, sanitation, and proper food storage.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• With good teamwork, time management, and attention to detail.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.
