Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble pizza ingredients with precision, ensuring freshness and quality.
• Cook pizzas to perfection using ovens and other kitchen equipment, maintaining consistent standards.
• Handle food with care, following all food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure safe meal preparation.
• Assist in food handling tasks such as dough stretching, topping distribution, and portion control.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment, workstations, and storage spaces.
• Serve customers efficiently by taking orders accurately and providing friendly service.
• Support the team during busy hours by managing multiple tasks related to food preparation and service.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in food preparation or food service roles within a restaurant or food industry setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of cooking techniques specific to pizza making and familiarity with kitchen safety standards.
• Strong understanding of food handling procedures and hygiene practices.
• Excellent serving skills with a friendly, positive attitude towards customers.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience with meal preparation, food safety certifications, or restaurant experience is a plus.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to evolving kitchen procedures.
