Responsibilities

• Prepare pizza dough from scratch, ensuring proper texture and consistency for each batch
• Top pizzas with fresh ingredients following established recipes and menu specifications
• Operate various kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and prep stations safely and efficiently
• Maintain strict food safety and sanitizing procedures to uphold cleanliness standards
• Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure perfect crusts and toppings every time
• Assist in menu planning by suggesting new pizza varieties or ingredient combinations
• Support food production during peak hours by managing multiple orders quickly without sacrificing quality

Requirements

• Proven experience in food preparation, especially within a restaurant or catering environment
• Strong knife skills and familiarity with culinary techniques such as braising, poaching, and grilling
• Knowledge of food safety management practices and sanitizing procedures
• Experience operating kitchen equipment like ovens, mixers, and slicing tools
• Ability to work efficiently in high-volume production settings while adhering to recipe standards
• Background in food industry roles such as culinary experience or restaurant service is highly desirable
• Excellent food handling skills with attention to detail in meal preparation and presentation
• Prior experience with dietary aide tasks or menu planning is a plus but not required
