Responsibilities

• Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and slicing tools safely and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all work areas following food safety procedures
• Assist with menu planning and ingredient prep to ensure smooth kitchen operations during peak hours
• Follow food handling guidelines meticulously to ensure freshness and safety of all ingredients
• Support food production processes, including dough stretching, topping application, and baking
• Adhere strictly to recipe specifications to ensure consistency in flavor and presentation

Skills

• Proven experience in food preparation, with a focus on pizza or similar culinary items
• Strong knowledge of food safety sanitizing procedures and proper kitchen hygiene practices
• Familiarity with operating commercial kitchen equipment and tools
• Excellent knife skills for ingredient prep and portioning
• Experience with high-volume production environments in restaurants or catering settings
• Knowledge of menu planning, recipe adherence, and meal preparation techniques

Pay: $24.86 - $29.94 per hour
