• Oversee daily kitchen and store operations from open to close
• Direct and support existing staff during prep and rush hours
• Keep the kitchen, equipment, and storage areas clean, organized, and inspection-ready
• Manage prep lists, inventory, and ordering to control waste and food costs
• Make sure food safety and kosher guidelines are followed at all times

• 3+ years of pizza or kitchen experience, including supervising staff
• Strong skills with dough, sauces, and dressings
• Organized, efficient, and able to keep a busy kitchen on track
• High standards for cleanliness and food safety
• Available 7 days a week, about 55 hours per week
• Reliable, honest, and takes ownership
• ServSafe or food handler certification is a plus

What we offer

• Competitive pay based on experience
• Stable, full-time position with a growing local restaurant group
