A Little About the Job

As a Pizza Maker / Cook, you'll be the person running the pizza station.

You'll help keep the pizzas coming, make sure the buffet has a great variety, and make sure our guests get the pizza they're looking for.

Some shifts are busy. Some are slower. Either way, we're looking for someone who notices what needs to be done and takes pride in doing it well.

What You'll Be Doing

• Stretch dough and prepare pizzas for the oven
• Cook pizzas according to Cicis standards and recipes
• Keep your pizza station stocked, organized, and ready to go
• Watch the buffet and make the pizzas that are needed to keep a fresh variety available
• Prepare special pizza requests for our guests
• Keep an eye on pizza quality and make sure everything going out looks and tastes right
• Keep your work area clean and follow food safety and sanitation standards
• Work with the rest of the team to keep the restaurant running smoothly
• Help with restocking, cleaning, and closing duties when needed
• Give our guests a friendly experience

Experience in a kitchen or restaurant is definitely a plus — but it's not a requirement.
