Pizza Maker/ Line Cook

About the role

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented Pizza Maker / Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in preparing fresh, high-quality food while maintaining excellent cleanliness and food safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare pizza dough, sauces, toppings, and other ingredients according to recipes and kitchen standards.
• Make and cook pizzas efficiently while maintaining consistent quality and presentation.
• Prepare other menu items as assigned.
• Set up and stock the kitchen and workstation before service.
• Follow food preparation, portioning, and cooking procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area.
• Properly store and label food and ingredients.
• Monitor food quality and freshness.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with cleaning, dishwashing, and other kitchen duties as needed.

About you

• Previous experience as a pizza maker, line cook, prep cook, or kitchen staff is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move kitchen supplies as needed.
• Food safety knowledge.
