We are a high-quality Neapolitan pizzeria focused on traditional techniques, high-hydration dough, and wood-fired baking. We are looking for an experienced Pizzaiolo to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare dough (mixing, fermentation, balling)
- Stretch, top, and bake pizzas (wood-fired oven)
- Manage pizza station during high-volume service
- Maintain quality, speed, and cleanliness
Requirements
- Experience with Neapolitan-style pizza
- Ability to produce a high number of pizzas per shift
- Skilled in hand-stretching (no rolling pin)
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
