Job Title: Pizzaiolo (Pizza Maker)

Position Overview

The Pizzaiolo is responsible for preparing high-quality pizzas with consistency, speed, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, stretch, and portion dough according to recipe and style
• Top pizzas accurately and consistently following the restaurant’s recipes and standards.
• Monitor product quality for taste, texture, and presentation.

Kitchen Operations

• Maintain a clean and organized pizza station at all times.
• Follow strict food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures.
• Assist in inventory rotation, stock checks, and minimizing waste.

Teamwork & Communication

• Work closely with kitchen and FOH teams to ensure smooth service and timely orders.
• Communicate effectively during busy shifts to maintain pace and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience working as a Pizzaiolo or pizza cook
• Strong dough handling and stretching skills
• Understanding of oven management
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-heat environment
• Knowledge of food safety and kitchen cleanliness standards.

Salary Position with PTO & Sick Days

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
