Duties

• Prepare a variety of pizzas and other menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
• Operate the Micros Point of Sale (POS) system to process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Handle cash transactions, including cash handling, making change, and balancing registers at shift end
• Provide friendly, attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest experience
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of food preparation areas in compliance with food safety regulations
• Manage time effectively to ensure timely order completion during busy periods
• Assist with food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures to uphold health standards

Qualifications

• Previous food preparation or restaurant experience preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
• Experience with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is highly desirable
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
• Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly
• Knowledge of food safety protocols and sanitation practices in a restaurant setting
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume hours
• Kitchen or food industry experience that demonstrates reliability and teamwork skills

Pay: $17.60-$20.34 per hour
