Duties

• Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings according to recipes.
• Operate kitchen equipment, including ovens and mixers, safely and efficiently.
• Assemble pizzas with precision, ensuring quality presentation.
• Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure optimal results.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils.
• Adhere to food safety guidelines to prevent contamination.
• Assist with inventory management by tracking ingredients and supplies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Upsell menu items when interacting with customers to enhance their dining experience.

Skills

• Proficient in basic math skills for measuring ingredients accurately.
