Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pizza Prep team member to join our kitchen staff. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing ingredients, ensuring food safety standards are maintained, and assisting in the overall preparation of delicious pizzas. The ideal candidate will have prior food service experience and a strong commitment to recipe adherence and cleanliness to support a smooth and efficient kitchen operation.

Duties

• Prepare pizza ingredients such as dough, sauces, toppings, and cheeses according to established recipes.
• Follow all food safety protocols to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
• Assist in assembling pizzas with precision to meet quality standards.
• Maintain proper storage of ingredients and monitor freshness.
• Ensure all food prep areas are clean, organized, and sanitized regularly.
• Support the kitchen team during busy periods to ensure timely service.
• Adhere strictly to recipe guidelines to maintain consistency in product quality.

Requirements

• Proven experience in food service or kitchen prep roles preferred.
• Strong understanding of food safety management practices.
