Me-N-Ed’s Pizzeria in Pismo Beach is looking for an experienced, hands-on Pizza Production Manager who is ready to take ownership of our pizza production operation.

This is not a desk management position. We’re looking for a working leader who will be on the floor with the team—producing great pizza, training employees, maintaining standards, controlling costs, and keeping the operation organized and ready for business.

What You’ll Own

• Pizza quality, consistency, portioning, and presentation
• Dough production, proofing, prep, pars, and daily line setup
• Production flow and ticket times during high-volume periods
• Training, coaching, and developing the pizza production team
• Food cost, portion control, waste, mistakes, and remakes
• Inventory, ordering, receiving, and product rotation
• Production scheduling and labor management
• Food safety, sanitation, labeling, dating, and FIFO
• Opening, closing, stocking, and daily production procedures
• Cleanliness and organization of the entire pizza production area
• Proper operation and care of ovens, mixers, refrigeration, and equipment

What We’re Looking For

• Pizza production, kitchen management, or high-volume restaurant experience preferred
• Strong pizza preparation and production knowledge
• Hands-on leadership style
• Ability to train, coach, and hold employees accountable
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Understanding of food cost, portion control, waste, inventory, and labor
• Dependable and professional attitude
• Ability to stay organized and lead during busy shifts
• Availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and peak business periods

You own the pizza product from preparation through the finished pizza.
