Pizza Production Worker

Job Summary

Totally Rad Pizza is hiring a Pizza Production Worker to support daily pizza preparation and kitchen production operations. This role assists with preparing ingredients, assembling pizzas, maintaining food quality, keeping work areas clean, and supporting the kitchen team during busy service periods.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare pizza dough, sauces, toppings, and other ingredients
• Assemble pizzas according to recipes and quality standards
• Portion ingredients accurately and maintain consistent product quality
• Operate ovens and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Monitor food quality, freshness, and proper storage
• Restock ingredients, packaging, and kitchen supplies
• Maintain clean and organized preparation and kitchen areas
• Wash and sanitize utensils, equipment, and food preparation surfaces
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
• Support kitchen team members during busy service periods
• Assist with opening, closing, and general kitchen duties

Requirements

• Previous pizza, restaurant, food service, or kitchen experience is an asset but not required
• Ability to follow recipes, instructions, and food safety procedures
• Strong attention to detail and food quality
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads

Preferred Skills

• Experience in pizza preparation or commercial kitchen operations
• Knowledge of food preparation and sanitation practices
• Familiarity with commercial ovens and kitchen equipment
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Ability to multitask during busy service periods

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
