Pizza Restaurant Manager

Job Summary
Noli's Pizzeria is seeking an experienced Pizza Restaurant Manager to oversee restaurant operations, lead the team, and maintain strong standards for food quality and guest service. The manager will help coordinate front- and back-of-house activities while supporting efficient daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant and service operations.
• Lead, train, and support restaurant employees.
• Monitor food quality, order accuracy, and service standards.
• Manage scheduling, shift coverage, and staff performance.
• Track inventory, ordering, waste, and operating costs.
• Maintain food-safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards.
• Handle guest concerns and resolve service issues professionally.
• Coordinate kitchen and front-of-house operations during busy periods.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and employee development.
• Prepare operational updates and communicate with ownership or senior management.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience.
• Experience in a pizza, Italian, or full-service restaurant is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and restaurant operations.
• Comfortable managing staff in a fast-paced environment.
• Organized approach to scheduling, inventory, and daily operations.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

About The Company
Noli's Pizzeria is a locally owned Omaha pizzeria inspired by New York-style pizza. The Blackstone location at 4001 Farnam Street features pizza, salads, pasta, and other Italian-inspired dishes.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
