Pizza Shift Manager

We're a fast-paced, family-owned pizzeria known for great pizza and even better service. We're looking for a reliable Shift Manager to lead the team and keep the store running smooth.

What You'll Do:

As the Shift Manager, you're in charge when the General Manager is not in the building. You set the tone for the whole shift.

• Open and close the store, including cash handling, drawer counts, and daily deposits
• Lead, coach, and motivate crew during the shift - pizza makers, cashiers, and drivers
• Make sure every pizza meets our quality standards
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer issues quickly
• Manage food prep, inventory checks, and keep food safety / sanitation at 100%
• Keep labor and food costs on target
• Train new team members and enforce company policies

What We're Looking For:

• 1+ year of restaurant / fast food / pizza experience - shift lead experience preferred
• 18+ years old with reliable transportation
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays - our busy times
• Comfortable on your feet, lifting up to 40lbs, and working in a hot kitchen
• ServSafe / Food Handler cert is a plus (we can train)
• Positive attitude, dependable, and you can stay calm under pressure
• Must be able to lead by example - you won't ask your team to do anything you wouldn't do
