Duties

• Supervise daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and customer service to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality standards
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to build a motivated and efficient team
• Oversee inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing food stock levels to minimize waste and optimize profitability
• Handle cash management duties such as POS transactions using systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring accurate cash handling and register reconciliation
• Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and oversee food handling procedures to guarantee a safe dining environment
• Monitor shift performance, provide feedback, and implement improvements to enhance service speed and customer satisfaction
• Conduct interviews and participate in hiring processes to select qualified team members who align with our service standards

Skills

• Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with a strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient transaction processing
• Excellent team management skills with experience supervising staff, conducting training sessions, and leading hospitality teams
• Strong understanding of food safety management practices and food handling procedures
• Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, inventory control, and profit/loss analysis
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests
• Effective managerial communication skills for team leadership, staff training, and conflict resolution
• Experience in managing budgets, controlling costs, and analyzing financial reports to drive restaurant profitability
