Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls promptly, providing friendly and helpful assistance to customers placing orders or seeking information
• Accurately take and process food and beverage orders using POS systems, ensuring clarity and completeness
• Manage order modifications, special requests, and upselling opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
• Serve guests at the counter with efficiency, friendliness, and attention to detail, including handling cash transactions and processing payments securely
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the serving area, including food handling and beverage service protocols
• Assist with food preparation tasks when needed, supporting kitchen staff during busy periods
• Support overall restaurant operations by bussing tables, managing guest relations, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred; experience with fine dining or nightclub settings is a plus
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Strong customer service skills with an energetic and positive attitude
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in order taking and cash handling
• Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
• Hospitality or guest relations experience is highly valued; cocktail or spirits experience is a bonus but not required
