Duties

• Prepare and assemble a variety of pizza dishes following established recipes and quality standards
• Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and slicing tools safely and efficiently
• Assist with food preparation tasks including dough stretching, topping application, and ingredient portioning
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations in accordance with food safety procedures
• Support menu planning by ensuring ingredient availability and freshness for daily production
• Monitor food handling practices to uphold high standards of hygiene and safety
• Contribute to high-volume production during peak hours while maintaining consistency and quality
