Calimero has been making great pizzas since 1992, and we're looking for an exceptional Store Manager to lead our Devonport store.

About the role

You'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the store, including:

• Leading and motivating a small team
• Rostering, training and developing staff
• Delivering outstanding customer service
• Maintaining food quality and food safety standards
• Managing stock, ordering and reducing waste
• Driving operational efficiency and profitability
• Ensuring the store runs smoothly, even during busy periods
• Working alongside the team during service – we're hands-on leaders

What we're looking for

You'll probably have:

• Previous hospitality or retail management experience
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent organisational ability
• Confidence making decisions independently
• High standards and attention to detail
• A positive, can-do attitude
• The ability to stay calm under pressure
• Pride in delivering consistently great customer experiences

Hours

Typically Tuesday to Saturday, with afternoon and evening shifts.
