Pizzaiolo

FEAT4 is Belfast’s purpose-built padel, wellness and social club, bringing together indoor padel courts, recovery, Pilates, physiotherapy, coffee, food and community under one roof.

We are looking for a Pizza Chef / Pizzaiolo to join our café team to work with our lead pizza chefs - At times you will be required to manage the pizza station on your own.

The role will involve preparing dough, managing ingredients, operating the authentic gas fired pizza oven and producing consistently high-quality pizzas throughout service. You will also support the wider kitchen with sandwiches, toasties and other oven-led dishes.

This is an opportunity to join FEAT4 from the beginning and help shape a new café and food concept.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, stretch, top and cook pizzas to a consistently high standard
• Prepare and manage pizza dough, including mixing, proofing, portioning and storage
• Operate and maintain the pizza oven safely
• Prepare sauces, toppings and other ingredients
• Support the preparation of sandwiches, toasties and additional menu items
• Maintain high standards of presentation and portion control
• Monitor stock levels and support ordering and stock rotation
• Minimise food waste and help manage food costs
• Maintain a clean, organised and efficient kitchen
• Follow all food hygiene, allergen and safety procedures
• Support the wider café team during busy periods
• Contribute ideas for specials and future menu development

Pay: £14.00-£15.00 per hour
