Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Prepare and serve high-quality pizzas, ensuring consistency with our recipes and standards
• Recommend menu items, including wine and spirits, to enhance the guest experience through upselling techniques
• Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food handling areas and dining spaces in compliance with food safety regulations
• Assist with bussing tables, resetting for new guests, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure smooth service flow

Experience

• Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred, especially in fast-paced or fine dining environments
• Culinary experience or knowledge of pizza preparation techniques is highly valued
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables and orders efficiently
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality
• Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing sales transactions
• Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail service, and beverage pairing enhances the guest experience
• Experience in food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
• Nightclub or bar experience including drink service or bartending is advantageous but not required
