Pizza/Prep cook

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Pizza Maker/Prep Cook to join our team. We pride ourselves on doing things the right way—brick oven baking, scratch-made dough, homemade sauce, and using only high-quality ingredients. We need someone who already knows their way around a pizza kitchen, cares about making great food, and can keep up when the tickets start rolling in.

This is a hybrid role. Making great pizza is your main focus, but we are a small team and everyone pitches in. When there aren't tickets on the board, you will be expected to jump into prep work, knock out dishes, or help take care of customers at the front. We are looking for someone who stays busy and is willing to help out wherever it's needed.

What you'll be doing:

Stretching, prepping, and managing scratch-made dough.

Preparing homemade sauce and slicing fresh ingredients for the line.

Building and cooking pizzas perfectly in our brick oven.

Jumping on dishwashing and general kitchen cleanup during slower periods.

Stepping out to assist customers and help take orders when the front needs a hand.

Keeping your workstation clean, stocked, and up to health code standards.

What we’re looking for:

Experience is required. You must have prior kitchen experience specifically making pizzas, managing dough, and working the ovens.

A team-player attitude—someone who doesn't mind rolling up their sleeves to wash dishes or do prep when the oven is quiet.

Friendly and approachable when dealing with customers.

Reliable, punctual, and ready to work hard.

Pay & Schedule:

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour (This range is your base pay + tips included).

Schedule: heavy evening schedule (ex: 3-10 , 4-11, 3-8)

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
