What they need
主要職責︰
- 為市民登記成會員
- 聯繫會員、解答會員及市民查詢
- 協助行動不便會員回中心參與復康治療
- 指導會員下載並正確使用中心相關應用程式
- 協助在中心舉辦的健康教育及推廣活動,
- 協助外展活動,推廣健康教育及評估工作
- 支援中心的相關行政工作, 需在各個電腦程式之中進行登記
- 需輪班工作 (包括星期日及輪值至晚上九時)
入職要求︰
- 中五或以上教育程度
- 有志成為專業基層醫療服務的從業員
- 具一年或以上客戶服務工作經驗者可獲優先考慮
- 懂基本電腦操作、具責任感、主動、有耐性，喜歡與人溝通
- 喜歡有意義又多元化的工作
- 對社會服務有熱誠、勇於面對困難及挑戰
