该职位来源于猎聘 工作职责: 1.熟悉disco+Hanmi 切割机，了解切割工艺，能独立新程式的建立和评估
- 产品的异常处理（切割道弧形，端子熔锡，毛边，lead delam等)
- 提高生产UPH以及产品质量及良率
- Pkg saw 制程标准化管理
- SPEC/SOP/WI/Control plan/FMEA....等文件的维护和更新 6.新材料的评估及costing saving ，效率提升，等project展开 7.新产品风险评估
- New process capabity能力建立 9.新工艺study 任职资格: 1. 大专及以上学历 2. 5年以上工作经验 3. 有QFN/BGA packge saw工艺或设备相关经验 4. 熟悉Tape saw & Jig saw设备操作与机台动作原理 5. 熟悉Tape saw & Jig saw制程叁数设定
- DOE实验安排与Jmp工具使用
