Placement & cooperate relation

Role & responsibilities

Manage end-to-end B2B/B2C sales activities including lead generation, prospecting, qualification, follow-ups, negotiation, and closure. Engage with corporate clients, hiring managers, HR teams, and industry stakeholders to build strong relationships and drive employer partnerships and placement opportunities. Provide career counseling and mentoring to students/candidates, coordinate with placement teams, and support customer onboarding and engagement. Plan and coordinate job fairs, employer sessions, placement drives, webinars, and other career-focused events. Maintain sales pipelines, CRM records, and performance reports while tracking leads, conversions, and placement metrics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to key business decisions, resolve customer issues, and support team performance as an SME.
