Placement Associate

Position Purpose To support placement activities, coordinate with companies and recruiters, and ensure smooth communication and recruitment processes for students. Job Type: Full time.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate student placement activities and recruitment drives.

• Communicate and follow up with companies and recruiters.

• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and selection processes.

• Maintain student placement records and databases.

• Share job opportunities with eligible students.

• Track interview, selection, and joining status.

• Prepare placement reports and regular updates.

• Support students with placement-related coordination.

• Maintain good relationships with employers.

• Assist with career fairs and placement events.

  Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.

• Good organizational and time-management abilities.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.

• Prior experience in placement, recruitment, or HR is an advantage.
