Job Description

• Determining all required placement requirements and assisting trainees to exchange all information appropriately. Maintain knowledge on all requirements to facilitate the efficient working of the company
• Promote all placements of graduates to various prospective employers through Corporate connects.
• Generate new leads (corporate employers) and maintain the relationship with the existing ones.
• Manage the internal placement drives, tests and related activities for all trainees and ensure compliance to all regulations.
• Update all placement related databases and prepare reports on an ad-hoc basis.
• Prepare placement reports and facilitate in regular meetings.
• MIS report for placements to be maintained on weekly basis
