Placement Coordinator Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a MBA-HR fresher to support placement coordination, student–company communication, and recruitment-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with colleges, placement cells, TPOs and students.
• Coordinate with companies and HR/recruitment teams for hiring requirements.
• Share job opportunities and coordinate student applications.
• Schedule interviews, follow-ups and placement meetings.
• Maintain student, company and placement trackers.
• Assist in organizing placement drives and recruitment activities.
• Maintain professional communication with students, colleges and companies.

Requirements

• MBA in HR / Human Resources is compulsory.
• Freshers are welcome.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
• Organized and professional approach.
• Interest in Recruitment, HR Operations and Campus Placements.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Pune, Maharashtra
