Placement Executive

Location: Sarkhej, Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities

• Manage student placements, internships, and employer relationships.
• Coordinate campus drives, interviews, job fairs, and recruitment activities.
• Source, screen, and coordinate candidates for internal hiring.
• Support students with resume building, interview preparation, and career guidance.
• Follow up with employers on vacancies, interviews, selections, and joining.
• Maintain placement, recruitment, and employee records and reports.
• Support HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave, and documentation.
• Develop new industry partnerships and placement opportunities.
• Coordinate effectively with students, employers, candidates, and internal teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR, Recruitment, Placement, or Career Services.
• Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR documentation.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a result-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
