Role Overview:
Manage alumni engagement and student placement activities to support career growth and institutional connections.

Key Responsibilities

Alumni Engagement

• Update alumni database (projects, film credits, contact info)
• Activate and manage alumni groups (Telegram, Discord, Univariety)
• Recruit alumni mentors; organize mock interviews and panels
• Coordinate workshops and alumni events

Student Support

• Assist with resumes, LinkedIn, offer/internship letters
• Schedule interviews, mock sessions, feedback, grooming
• Collaborate with student placement committee
• Gather student testimonials and recruiter profiles

External Partnerships

• Liaise with departments and external clients to source internships/jobs
• Maintain clients database; drive paid internship opportunities via social media
• Attend conferences, network with industry partners

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare daily/weekly MIS (releases, placements, internships)
• Maintain documentation (resumes, contracts, attendance, testimonials)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; 1 to 5 years in alumni relations, placement, student coordination.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and digital skills

Office Time: 10:30 am to 6:30 pm
