Placement Executive

 Search and identify relevant job openings across multiple job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Google Jobs, etc.) aligned with students’ skills, training programs, and career paths offered by the institute.  Coordinate and schedule interviews for students with client companies and corporate partners.  Inform and update students about interview schedules, job openings, and feedback via email, phone, or WhatsApp on a regular basis.  Follow up with companies post-interviews and maintain proper records of interview outcomes.  Build and maintain long-term relationships with HR managers, recruiters, and corporate representatives for continuous placement opportunities.  Assist in organizing campus drives, job fairs, and employer interactions for students.  Maintain student placement data and performance records accurately.  Prepare and submit monthly placement and activity reports to management.  Coordinate with internal teams (Training, Counselling, and Management) for student readiness and placement tracking.  Handle student queries related to placements, resumes, and interview preparation.  Perform any other placement or HR-related tasks as assigned by the management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
