Placement Management Intern

Role & responsibilities

• Coordinate with students regarding placement opportunities, interviews, and recruitment drives.
• Communicate with companies and recruiters for job openings and placement requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, assessments, and recruitment drives.
• Maintain and regularly update student placement databases and records.
• Track student applications, interview status, selections, and joining updates.
• Assist in preparing and sharing job descriptions and placement-related communications.
• Follow up with students and recruiters to ensure timely completion of the hiring process.
• Support the team in organizing placement drives, career sessions, and recruitment events.
• Prepare basic reports and trackers related to placement activities.
• Ensure timely and professional communication with students and recruiters.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate or pursuing a degree in any discipline.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and communicate with different stakeholders.
