About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Placement Officer to manage student placements, employer relationships, and career development activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate placement activities and drive student placement opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with companies and recruiters.
• Identify and onboard new companies for recruitment and placement.
• Coordinate interviews, aptitude tests, group discussions, and recruitment drives.
• Prepare and maintain student placement records and databases.
• Guide students on career opportunities, interviews, and professional skills.
• Conduct placement training, career guidance sessions, and mock interviews.
• Coordinate with companies regarding job requirements, interviews, and selections.
• Track student placements and prepare regular placement reports.
• Organize campus recruitment drives and industry interaction programs.
• Support students in resume preparation and job search activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in any relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in placement, recruitment, HR, or career services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of recruitment and placement processes.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Good organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to work with students, companies, and internal teams.
