Placement Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong corporate and recruiter relationships for campus placements.
• Arrange campus recruitment drives, internships, and industry interactions.
• Coordinate student placement activities and ensure placement readiness.
• Establish corporate tie-ups and expand industry collaborations.
• Maintain placement records, recruiter databases, and placement reports.
• Strengthen alumni engagement to create career and placement opportunities.
• Achieve placement targets and ensure the smooth execution of the placement process.

Eligibility

• Graduate/Postgraduate degree in any discipline.
• A degree in Engineering or Management will be preferred.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in Training & Placement, Corporate Relations, or Campus Recruitment.
• Proven experience in achieving successful campus placements and establishing corporate tie-ups.
• Strong professional network with recruiters, industries, corporate organizations, and alumni.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, networking, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
