Placement Officer

Placement Officer Roles & Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with companies for recruitment and placement opportunities.
• Identify and collect job vacancies from employers.
• Source and screen suitable student profiles based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and placement drives.
• Schedule interviews and communicate with students and recruiters.
• Share student resumes with employers and follow up on interview status.
• Maintain placement records, MIS reports, and recruitment databases.
• Track student placements and employer feedback.
• Organize campus recruitment activities, career guidance sessions, and industry interactions.
• Coordinate with training and academic teams to improve student employability.
• Achieve monthly placement targets and ensure timely closures.
• Provide regular placement updates and reports to management.
