Role Overview:

The Training & Placement Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end placement activities for B.Tech/Engineering students, building strong corporate relationships, and ensuring high placement outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute placement activities for B.Tech/Engineering students
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate recruiters
• Plan and organize campus recruitment drives and hiring events
• Achieve placement targets including placement of minimum 500 students
• Coordinate employability and training programs
• Maintain accurate placement records and analytics
• Collaborate with academic departments for skill alignment

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor s and Master s degree (B.Tech preferred)
• 3-5 years of experience in Training & Placement or Corporate Relations
• Strong networking and communication skills
