What they need
Responsibilities:-
- Build and maintain Strong partnerships with IT companies.
- Generate new leads for student placement.
- Maintain strong relationship with current & existing hiring partners.
- Conduct and schedule virtual/online and offline interviews.
- Sometimes Visit companies to develop business and to create placement drives/opportunities.
- Maintain all the database related to the placement and interview for future purpose.
- Organize mock interviews and Guide students in the interview preparation.
What we are looking for:-
- 1-5 years of experience in placement.
- Strong communication and strong networking skills.
- IT Hiring and placement is preferred.
- Self-motivated, strong attitude and result oriented .
KPIs
- 15-20 Hiring Partners/Month
- lined upto 50 Interviews/Month
- 15-20 Placements/Month
Working Hours:- 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Working Days:- Monday - Saturday
Immediate to 15days joiner preferred
