Placement Officer (ERB Placement 就業服務)

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide placement services to general and special service groups
• Deliver job searching skills, career development and soft skill training
• Develop and manage the employer service to support different program needs
• Supervise in the operation of different programmes
• Provide admission screening service
• Attend assigned meeting and work with different departments
• Compile report and statistics
• Handle any ad hoc duties as required
• Working schedule: Mon-Fri 0830-1730
• Working location: Choi Wan

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder or above
• 5 years or above working experience in the field of customer services, training, counseling, social service, administration or human resources related
• 3 years or above supervision experience in the related field will be considered for a senior position
• Knowledge in HK Labour Ordinance and Job Markets will be an advantage
• Good in Cantonese and English and simple Putonghua
• Knowledge in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Typing
