Hearts and Halo Senior Placement Agency is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated, compassionate, and self-driven Senior Placement Specialist to serve families throughout Snohomish County, Washington.

About the Opportunity

As a Senior Placement Specialist, you’ll help seniors and their families find appropriate assisted living, memory care, adult family homes, and other senior living solutions based on their individual needs.

You’ll build relationships with families, senior living communities, healthcare professionals, and other referral partners throughout Snohomish County.

IMPORTANT: COMMISSION-ONLY POSITION

This is a strictly commission-based opportunity.

• There is no hourly wage or salary.
• Compensation is earned through successful placements/referrals.
• Income potential is directly connected to your placements and performance.
• This opportunity may be a great fit for someone who is entrepreneurial, highly motivated, comfortable networking, and enjoys working independently.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable networking throughout the county and developing strong local relationships.

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:

• Compassionate and genuinely passionate about helping seniors and their families
• A strong communicator and relationship builder
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Confident with networking and community outreach
• Organized, professional, and dependable
• Comfortable with a performance-based compensation model
• Familiar with senior care, healthcare, real estate, sales, placement services, or community outreach (helpful, but not required)

What You’ll Do

• Meet with seniors and families to understand their care and placement needs
• Help families navigate senior living options
• Develop relationships with senior living communities and referral partners
• Network with professionals and organizations throughout Snohomish County
• Generate and follow up on placement opportunities
• Provide compassionate guidance throughout the placement process
• Represent Hearts and Halo Senior Placement Agency professionally in the community
