Plan Review Architect

Regular Duties

• Assists in preparing drafting works in carrying out activities needed in Aseana City.
• Interprets survey plans and prepares drawings/layouts to suit actual field conditions of the lot.
• Releases the Lot Restrictions Plan and Utility Composite Plan as requested by the concerned department.
• Safekeeps and monitors updates of all Master Plans of Aseana City Development Plans.
• Prepares technical descriptions of surveyed lots, sketches, and location maps.

Occasional Duties

• Prepares other reports and drawings as required by the immediate superior.

Other Duties

• Performs other duties as may be assigned by the immediate superior.
