Planing Supervisor

About the role

Supervisor Planning role responsible for controlling and managing the Planning team to perform work according to defined targets. The role involves controlling Production Planning and Master Plan to align with customer requirements, analysing capacity, manpower, machine and material to support production plans, and monitoring production plan achievement and delivery performance.

Key responsibilities

• Control and manage the Planning team to perform work according to defined targets
• Control Production Planning / Master Plan to align with customer requirements
• Analyse Capacity, Manpower, Machine and Material to support production plans
• Monitor and control Production Plan Achievement / Delivery Performance
• Analyse problems affecting production plans and determine corrective actions with relevant departments
• Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, QA and Customer to manage plans and delivery
• Control Inventory levels and Material Availability to align with production plans
• Review and approve Planning team data and plans before implementation
• Analyse data and prepare KPI / Performance reports for management
• Develop Planning systems and improve work processes for efficiency such as Kaizen / Cost Reduction
• Control Planning team's SAP / ERP usage correctly and systematically

About you

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field
• Experience in Production Planning / PPC in the Automotive industry
• Supervisor or team leader level experience of at least 2–3 years
• Ability to analyse data and solve problems
• Proficiency in SAP / ERP and Excel
