Planner

1. Create production schedules based on sales forecast and orders/projects

2. Cross-team coordination with Production, buyer, and logistic teams.

3. Prepare monthly inventory report

4. Review daily loading and reschedule if necessary.

5)      Monitor and follow up closely on production performance and expedite lots to ensure shipments to customers are on time.

6)    Maintain accurate production records, including daily output, material usage, and downtime reports.

7)    Assist superior with internal staff communication translations and other administrative tasks for the production department, such as scheduling, meeting minutes, attendance summaries, and reporting.

Skills:

Job Requirement:

• Diploma or above, preferably in Logistics Management, Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or related fields.
• At least 2 year of relevant experience in production planning or production management; experience in electronics/manufacturing industry is a plus.

Proficient in Mandarin will be advantage to communicate effectively with China headquarters and suppliers.

• Strong communication and coordination skills, ability to work under pressure, and a good team spirit.
