Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Experience in construction planning and scheduling
- Knowledgeable in project scheduling, progress monitoring, and reporting
- Proficient in MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar planning software
- Able to prepare and update project schedules and track project progress
- Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare, monitor, and update project schedules
- Track project progress against approved plans and timelines
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports
- Coordinate with the Project Manager, Site Engineers, and other departments
- Identify schedule delays and assist in developing recovery plans
- Monitor project milestones, activities, and completion targets
- Maintain accurate planning and scheduling records
