Planner

Duties & Responsibilities

• Process order received through EDI and manage filing of EDI / Customer Request Reports.
• To analyse the report and take corrective action to support Customer Request.
• To manage and expedite the “Force-In” lot when necessary.
• To generate on-time delivery graph report to support Internal CSI.
• To initiate creation of new part numbers and follow up with Finance.
• Liaise with external / internal customers on work orders.
• Attend weekly production meeting to discuss segment management, lead time and line loading.

Job Requirements:-

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Studies
• Must be experienced in Computer Software - Excel, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Outlook
• Knowledge of the database is an advantage
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Preferably those specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
