Planner

• Create sales order based on customer purchases.
• Generate shipment plan based on production plan and actual output.
• Issue picking list to initiate order picking for shipment invoicing.
• Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure shipment plan is realized.
• To monitor on order shipment backlog and escalate if required
• To achieve Inventory Holding target
• To achieve On Time Delivery target
• To achieve Overdue backlog target

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management
• Preferably with at least 3 years’ Planning / Order management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Possess good analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
• Candidates with SAP knowledge on Order shipment preferred.
• Good communication skills across functions
• Self-motivated and a good team player
