PLANNER

About the role

This role involves developing, maintaining and managing project schedules from conceptual stage to project handover. You will work with Microsoft Project and Primavera P6 to create detailed plans and coordinate across engineering, procurement and project teams to ensure schedules are met.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and manage project schedules from conceptual to handing over of the project
• Prepare Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for each project
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement and project team to ensure project schedules are met
• Provide up to date data and summary on progress matters as and when needed
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports and liaise with other divisions for data collection
• Highlight critical activities and other constraints to management

About you

• Degree in Construction Management or equivalent
• Maximum 1 year Project Planner experience in Construction (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Valid driving license and own transport (priority)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Primavera P6
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Good communication skills
• Knowledge of productivity factors, manpower calculation, engineering matters and procurement matters
